  • Rescheduling Classes

  • Rescheduling Classes

    • If you need to reschedule a class. There is a 3 hour rescheduling period. You must reschedule more than 3 hours before the class takes place. Be sure to do so through your conformation email you received when you signed up. That email will have the link to reschedule. It is not TMMN’s responsibility to reschedule anything for you. If you miss the rescheduling period you will miss out on that class NO REFUNDS.

  • Rescheduling Private Lessons

    • If you need to reschedule a private lesson you must do so before the 3 hour rescheduling period. After the 3 hour mark you will be unable to reschedule, so you either miss out on that time or attend the lesson. You can reschedule through your conformation email you received when you signed up. No rescheduling after the lesson was missed. It is not TMMN’s responsibly to reschedule. If you miss your time you will not get that time rescheduled and you will not receive a refund.

  • Signing Up For Class

    • To sign up for classes you pay online or use your code online. It is your responsibility to do so as it is how you save your spot. We do not accept walks in for class you must do so online. Signing up online is mandatory. It is not TMMN’s responsibly to get you registered for classes. If you do not sign up online your dancer is not welcome to attend class.

  • Purchasing Class Packs or Lesson Packs

    • This is a one time payment. The code you will receive via email once you purchase will never expire. You will plug that code in when you want to sign up for class. Once you schedule a class you will get a conformation email, use that email for canceling or rescheduling a class. If you cancel a class you will NOT get that time added back to your code. If you miss a class you will NOT get that class rescheduled through TMMN. It is your responsibly to do so on your end. You may reschedule a class as many times as you may need on your end through the confirmation email.

    • Purchasing a Membership or Summer Plan

  • Communication

    • The best way to reach TMMN Staff is in person or through email. Through email is the best way to be considerate of our time. Responses to emails will take place during our studio hours of operation. Please allow at least 72 hours until you get a response.

  • Ballet Dress Code

    • If the below dress code is not followed, even if you paid to take class, and are not dressed appropriately you will not be allowed into the class.

      • Girls - Must always wear a leotard (any color) , tights (any color), and ballet shoes. Skirts and shrugs are encouraged. Hair must be slicked back out of your face. Some examples of hair could be - High bun, mid bun, low bun, braided bun, or french twist.

      • Boys - Must always wear a fitted shirt, shorts, and ballet shoes. If applicable hair must be out of face.
